By creating or using a HitTop account, you agree to follow these terms and our community rules.
Using HitTop
You must provide accurate account information, be at least 13 years old, keep your login secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for content and activity from your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant HitTop the limited worldwide permission needed to host, process, display, distribute and protect that content according to your privacy settings. You can remove your content subject to legal and backup retention requirements.
Safety and enforcement
Do not publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or harmful material; bypass access controls; scrape private data; or interfere with the service. We may restrict content or accounts to protect members and comply with law.
Service changes
Features may change and interruptions can occur. Where legally permitted, HitTop is provided without guarantees and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
