1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

HitTop strictly prohibits any content or activity involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Prohibited content and conduct include:

  • Creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, distributing or promoting CSAM
  • Sexualization, exploitation or abuse of a minor
  • Grooming or attempting to establish sexual contact with a minor
  • Sextortion, sexual blackmail or threats involving a minor
  • Soliciting sexual images, videos or conversations from a minor
  • Child trafficking or offering a minor for sexual purposes
  • Sharing links or instructions that provide access to CSAM
  • Encouraging or facilitating any form of child exploitation
  • Misrepresenting age to engage in prohibited interactions with minors

This prohibition applies to public and private areas of HitTop.

2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report potentially harmful content, accounts or behavior through the reporting options available on HitTop.

When submitting a report, users should select the most relevant reason, including child safety, sexual exploitation or inappropriate content involving a minor.

Please include the profile URL, content URL, username or other available information. Do not download, copy or redistribute suspected CSAM when submitting a report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services without delay.

3. Review and Enforcement

HitTop reviews child-safety reports as quickly as reasonably possible. When a violation is identified, we may:

  • Remove or restrict the offending content
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the responsible account
  • Prevent the creation of additional accounts
  • Preserve relevant information where legally permitted
  • Cooperate with lawful investigations
  • Report confirmed CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate national or regional authorities, including NCMEC where applicable or required

We may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect children, users or the public.

4. In-App Safety Tools

HitTop provides users with tools to:

  • Report users and user-generated content
  • Block users and unwanted interactions
  • Control the visibility and privacy of content
  • Report abusive, exploitative or inappropriate behavior

Misuse of reporting tools, including knowingly submitting false reports, may result in enforcement action.

5. Age Requirements

Users must meet the minimum age specified in HitTop’s Terms of Service and applicable local laws. Accounts identified as belonging to children below the permitted age may be restricted or removed.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

HitTop complies with applicable child-protection laws and responds to valid legal requests from authorized law-enforcement agencies. Confirmed cases of CSAM or child sexual exploitation may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Child-safety reports are handled carefully and shared only with authorized personnel, service providers or authorities when required for investigation, enforcement, safety or legal compliance.
